topRacer 隱私政策

topRacer 是一款本機優先(local-first)的桌面應用程式(macOS 與 Windows)。你的資料蒐集、AI 模型訓練、模型與訓練資料預設全部留在你自己的電腦上,不會自動上傳到任何伺服器。

topRacer is a local-first desktop app (macOS and Windows). Your data collection, model training, models and datasets stay on your own computer by default and are never uploaded automatically.

我們蒐集哪些資料

只有在你主動使用以下選用功能時,才會有資料離開你的裝置:

線上比賽(Online Race)：當你主動參加線上比賽時,app 會上傳到 topRacer 排行榜伺服器:你自行填寫的參賽顯示名稱、最佳圈速與完成度、該圈的行駛軌跡座標,以及模型名稱、賽道名稱與日期。軌跡會與成績一起公開顯示在排行榜上。不會上傳模型檔本身、訓練資料或任何其他本機檔案。參賽名稱由你自訂,不需為真名。
回報問題 / 傳送 Log：當你點選此功能時,app 會上傳應用程式診斷紀錄(log)、app 版本、你這台電腦的機器名稱(hostname)、你自行填寫的問題描述,以及參賽名稱,協助我們排除問題。機器名稱可能包含你為電腦取的名字,若不希望傳送,請不要使用此功能。

Data leaves your device only when you actively use optional features. (1) Online Race uploads the display name you choose, your best lap time and completion percentage, the driving path (x/y coordinates) of that lap, and the model name, track name and date. The path is shown publicly on the leaderboard alongside your result. Your model file, datasets and other local files are NOT uploaded. (2) Report / Send Log uploads the app diagnostic log, the app version, your computer's hostname, the note you type, and your racer name. The hostname may contain a name you gave your computer — if you would rather not send it, do not use this feature.

我們不會蒐集

不蒐集你的真實姓名、電子郵件、電話號碼、帳號密碼(app 無需註冊登入)。
不蒐集精確位置、通訊錄、相片圖庫、瀏覽紀錄。
不使用第三方廣告,不使用第三方追蹤或分析 SDK。

資料用途與保留

上傳的參賽名稱、成績與軌跡僅用於線上比賽排名與成績展示;診斷 log 與其隨附資訊僅用於問題排除。
不會將上述資料販售或提供給第三方作行銷用途。
如需刪除你上傳的比賽紀錄,請來信告知。

Uploaded names, results and paths are used only for leaderboard ranking and display; diagnostic logs and the information sent with them are used only for troubleshooting. None of it is sold or shared for marketing. Email us to have your competition entries deleted.

兒童隱私

本 app 面向教育情境,不刻意蒐集兒童個人資料;線上比賽的參賽名稱應避免填入真實個資。
